I was thinking again about the idea that masturbation is a grey area in the Bible.
I used to think the same way about this topic, and being deceived, I thought a grey area meant a licence to do it rather than a call for vigilance to abstain.
I previously wrote about hearing from a pulpit that if a man is lonely in a hotel room, it is okay to look at a picture of his wife to masturbate.
I asked God again to show me scripture on this matter. God reminded me that He had showed it me before.
He stated in the Bible that after a period of bodily consecration to get deeper with God, a husband and wife should come together so that the devil will not tempt them.
This temptation includes scenarios like tempting either spouse to fantasise about their own partner and masturbate to that fantasy.
Additionally, as I already mentioned, another thing commonly known in deliverance circles is that people can be delivered from the spirit of masturbation.
These individuals tend to manifest the same way—specifically, manifestation in the fingers, which God would identify to the deliverance minister and even the people being delivered, as the spirit of masturbation.
Stay on course in Jesus' name, amen?
