Hi, brothers and sisters!

Another lesson I learnt in 2023 from God was to not have self-pity. Actually, He forbids it.

This means that I don't pity myself when He ordains the division of labour a certain way between my husband and I. It means that I don't pity myself when He calls me to take on more work at my job. It means that I don't pity myself when He calls me to dress plainly.

God helped me recalibrate my feelings by putting into perspective what Jesus had done for me on the Cross.

Nothing compares to the ultimate sacrifice.

Stay on course in Jesus' name, amen?

Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. (Psalms 51:12 KJV)
