Hi, brothers and sisters!
Spouses disagree. And when the disagreement is great, it can turn into conflict.
God has been teaching me how to prevent big disagreements with my husband from turning into conflicts.
First, He reminded me that time spent giving each other the cold shoulder is time wasted.
Second, the enemy is always on alert to see what works in order to rinse and repeat.
Third, a spouse can lash out due to trauma wounds. Responding in love applies a soothing salve to that wound, healing it over time until it becomes a non-existent foothold for the enemy.
Stay on course in Jesus' name, amen?
