Perfect Day, Saints!
Before my divine awakening, I experienced two profound dreams that I didn't understand for a long time. In the first dream, I was the illegitimate son of a global voice in the hyper-grace movement. In the second, I was this person's mistress.
I never knew what to make of these dreams until God recently revealed their true meaning to me. They showed exactly how He viewed me back when I was a disciple of the grace doctrine.
By dreaming that I was the person's son rather than a son of God, God highlighted that I had become a product of a specific theology.
The second dream, where I was a mistress, carried an even deeper biblical weight. Throughout scripture, the vast majority of references use "whoredom" or "whoring after" as a powerful metaphor for breaking a sacred covenant with God.
In the Bible, “whoredom” most frequently serves as a metaphor for spiritual unfaithfulness and idolatry. Because God views His relationship with His people as a sacred marriage, turning away from Him to follow other gods is viewed as spiritual adultery.
These dreams further reminded me that God doesn't want me married to a system, a teaching, or a doctrine—He wants my entire heart.
